Baby Cinema (The Holdovers) – The Exchange, Twickenham

Showing films for the grown-ups, this monthly midweek Baby Cinema is an opportunity for new parents and carers to get up and out in relative ease!  There will be coffee and cake served from 9am in the café area, and the film will start at 10am.  This is a relaxed screening, so don’t worry if baby wakes up! Please note, to avoid chaos the age cap for babes in arms is 15 months.

This month: The Holdovers(2023)

From acclaimed director Alexander Payne, The Holdovers follows a curmudgeonly instructor at a New England prep school who is forced to remain on campus during Christmas break to babysit the handful of students with nowhere to go. Eventually he forms an unlikely bond with one of them – a damaged, brainy troublemaker- and with the school’s head cook, who has just lost a son in Vietnam.
