Aesthetics by Silvie is a non-surgical medical aesthetics service based in Twickenham. The service is delivered by Silviya Ivanova, an NMC-registered Independent Nurse Prescriber specialising in facial aesthetics. Silviya is dedicated to continuous learning and development and, as well as aesthetics, she has a clinical experience in a variety of care sectors including, hospital, maternity, community and public health. She has a number of qualifications, including two BSc Hons degrees – in Adult Nursing and Midwifery, an MSc degree in Public Health Nursing and a Post Graduate Certificate in Independent Prescribing. Alongside her NHS work, Silviya also invested in training to develop her interest in beauty enhancements and the use of medically-based treatment technologies into a dedicated professional service.

At Aesthetics by Silvie, Silviya utilises her professional principles of honesty, diligence and innovation. Beauty ideals can be an influential concept and Aesthetics by Silvie was founded on the belief that feeling attractive at any age should be an affordable yet safe option. You can expect your individual needs to be carefully assessed, and to be offered realistic treatment options, a transparent treatment process and comprehensive aftercare. Aesthetics by Silvie offers injectable anti-ageing and rejuvenating treatments and medical grade skincare, which work to reduce wrinkles, achieve skin renewal, replenish lost volume, and hydrate, define and reshape facial contours. Silviya works with only premium, well-researched product brands from established manufacturers including Allergan, Galdema, Merz and Teoxane️. Injectable treatment options include wrinkle reduction and a variety of dermal filler treatments (for lips, cheeks, jawline, chin contouring and more). Skin renewal treatments include skincare and signature peels by ZO® (Obagi), Cellenis® PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) and microneedling.
