Mama Hugz Pregnancy Yoga
  • Mama Hugz YogaTriona’s pregnancy yoga classes provide a nourishing and supportive environment to guide you safely through your pregnancy. Classes includes yoga postures, pelvic floor exercises, breathing techniques, and deep relaxation exercises. They are a time to strengthen the bond between you and your baby.
  • The classes are upbeat, nurturing and friendly, and a fantastic opportunity to meet other ‘mummies to be’. They’re suitable whatever your prior yoga experience, from 12 weeks pregnant right up until baby arrives depending on the individual. .
Mama Hugz Mum & Baby Yoga
  • Mum & baby yoga classes support your postnatal recovery with gentle, focused movement, stretches and breathing techniques. These help regain strength in the back, abs and pelvic floor, and to stabilise the pelvis, as well as supporting your emotional wellbeing into motherhood.
  • Baby is fully integrated into the classes, providing a beautiful opportunity to enjoy spending time together. Baby yoga supports baby’s growth, brain and nervous system development; and can help boost baby’s immune system and provide relief from symptoms of colic and constipation.
  • Classes are suitable from around 6-8 weeks postpartum (8-10 weeks if baby arrived by c-section), and include postnatal yoga for mum, yoga just for baby, and yoga to enjoy together.
Mama Hugz Toddler And Kids Yoga
  • Toddler and kids yoga classes follow the world-renowned Rainbow Kids yoga curriculum, and each engaging class runs for 45 minutes to one hour. Toddler yoga is suitable for those toddling between the ages of 2-3.5yrs, and is an interactive class for both toddler and parent. Each class includes yoga for toddler, yoga for parent, and yoga and breathing for two.
  • Mama Hugz YogaYoga for kids is suitable for those aged between 4-8yrs and is for children to do as a group without a parent, although parents can be present if they wish. Your child will learn yoga poses and breathing exercises through fun stories and interactive activities. They will learn about balance, posture, breathing and the art of being still (very good for children!).
