Mel Mitchley Personal ChefMel Mitchley is a local private chef specialising in making healthy family meals and cooking for various dietary requirements. She studied at Leiths School of Food and Wine, where she took their Advanced Diploma, and has been working in the industry for over 10 years including at The Wild Food Café in Covent Garden. Mel now works on a freelance basis in Richmond and surrounding areas.

She can help with this by producing fresh and healthy meals in your home ready for when you need it! Mouthwatering main dishes include Spanish Chicken Casserole with Raisins and Pine Nuts; Lamb Tagine; Fish Pie; and Pesto Roast Chicken with Mediterranean Vegetables. You might then be tempted by delicious desserts such as Banoffee Pie; Triple Chocolate Brownies; and Lemon Curd Cheesecake.

Mel primarily works for local families offering private chef services. We all know how hard it can be to juggle family life with everything else, so this can be a godsend! Mel’s services can be offered on a weekly or ad hoc basis, providing you with fridge/freezer food for the week ahead. She is experienced at catering for various dietary requirements and enjoys working with her clients to create tailor-made meals.
