Anandha Wellbeing’s ‘Alchemy Through Sound’

Anandha Wellbeing will be offering a weekly soundbath & meditation session from Sunday the 12th September 2021. You can find out more information and book here.

Anandha Wellbeing Alchemy Through SoundSanita from Anandha Wellbeing is on a mission to bring love and light to individuals. She is passionate about bridging the gaps between holistic therapies and conventional healthcare and ensuring that all individuals are able to incorporate wellbeing into their daily life, and weaves together elements of energy medicine, breath work and meditation to bring about conscious wellbeing.

Sanita’s ‘Alchemy Through Sound©’ meditation & soundbath sessions are a vibrational energy transmission and experience using the harmonics of sound. They offer all who attend a moment to surrender into full presence and heart coherence, with guided meditation and visualisation to support the journey. The sessions are suitable for beginners as well as those who are regulars.

Why is this soundbath so different?

Sanita uses a variety of Pranayama (breath) techniques to connect into ourselves, to support shifting, balancing and harmonising the inner and outer body. The soundbaths include using energy techniques to support you in the now, to help support the raising of lifeforce energy. The focus is on these harmonic technologies to bring in the most important and supportive timeline energies that will balance you naturally, so you don’t have to focus on balance itself.

What do I need to take?

  • Take a mat, blanket or sleeping bag to really get yourself comfortable.
  • Arrive 10 minutes prior to the session, as once the session commences Sanita will be unable to attend to the door.
  • Take water with you and stay well-hydrated throughout the session.
  • Take a journal  and pen with you.

Anandha Wellbeing hold regular meditations as well as themed Full Moon, Equinox and Solstice events. Each soundbath will be experienced differently by everyone and you will all have your own unique experiences. Each immersion will use a variety of instruments such as the gong, voice, mantra, crystal bowls, chimes, shruti box, bells, medicine drum and other tools.

Please note that there are some contraindications to the sessions – you can see details within the Eventbrite link prior to buying your ticket. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Sanita. Pre-booking is required due to current covid restrictions, and you can book here.
