Family Yoga (4-10yrs) – Teddington

£12.00Life is busy and finding the time to connect to your child in a way that nourishes you both is tough. If you’re looking for an activity that will benefit both you and your child, then Family Yoga is for you!
Family Yoga is a 40 minute class for families with children aged 4 – 10 years old. Join for a friendly sequence of yoga shapes with lots of opportunity for fun and connection. In this session you and your child will also be introduced to strategies they can use to help them feel calm. A great chance to bond and strengthen your relationship as a family.
There will also be the option for a quiet crafts area for those children who do not feel like moving or who are reluctant to join in at first.

6 week block = 6 x 45 minute sessions for £60 (per family)
Drop in = 1 x 45 minute session for £12 (per family)
